Summit County man convicted of fatal drunk driving accident sentenced

SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) — A 46-year-old man will be convicted Wednesday in Summit County General Pleas Court for drunk driving and murder.

On January 4, Todd Zenner pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault on a vehicle and OVI.

In September 2021, Zenner crashed into Clarence Kazenheiser’s car.

Kasenheiser died from his injuries about a month after the accident.

Kasenheiser’s daughter, Amanda Wood, was also in the car. She survived but continues to experience pain and nerve damage.

At the time of the crash, officials stated that Zenner’s blood alcohol content was 0.135.
