Tom Brady says he will start his career with Fox Sports in 2024.

Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady announced on Monday that he will begin his new role as lead NFL analyst on Fox Sports in the fall of 2024. Brady made the announcement on Colin Cowherd’s radio show The Herd.

Brady, who said last week he was leaving the NFL “for good,” called his partnership with Fox “a great opportunity” and said he was looking forward to the new role.

“I appreciate so many people who are so committed every day to doing the best they can in their lives and their careers, and I think I want to be great at what I do,” Brady said.

Brady surprised fans last year when he announced he was retiring from professional football, but then said he would return to the game in less than two months. It was unclear when Brady would join the Fox Sports team, as Fox executive chairman and CEO Lachlan Murdoch said last year that Brady would take on the new role “immediately after his playing career,” but did not give an exact timeline.

It is reported by the New York Post. Brady’s 10-year deal with Fox Sports is valued at $375 million, considered the largest deal in sports broadcasting history. total income as an NFL player, not including support.

On Monday, Brady said he always wanted to be “totally committed” to his career and that his biggest motivator was not to let down those who bet on him.

“Even in the future, I want to be the best at what I do, and that always takes some time, strategizing, learning, growing and developing,” Brady added. “And I have so many people to rely on who can also support me in this growth.”
