This luxury home, located about 20 minutes south of Nashville, first hit the market last fall for $16 million. The price has since been reduced to $10 million. Built in 1997, the 18-room mansion features Greek Revival architecture and its own party barn.

Other homes that made the list include a former funeral home in Wisconsin, an Ohio ranch with a tiled kitchen, and a Georgia residence with a 360-degree viewing platform.
