Shooting at a house gathering in Fort Worth on Sunday results with one person shot and multiple others injured, report

Fort Worth, Texas – One person was killed while several others were injured in the Sunday’s shooting in Fort Worth at a house gathering, the local police department confirmed.

According to the authorities, the shooting took place to the 4200 block of Glen Abbey Drive at a house gathering. Officers with the Fort Worth Police Department – South Division were dispatched at the scene following a 911 call in regards to a shooting.

When first responders arrived at the scene, they found one male victim with apparent gunshot wounds inside the residence. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers were told that several other people who suffered injuries were already transferred to a local hospital for treatment.

The Fort Police confirmed that the shooting took place while there was a large house gathering at the residence.

The police are looking to identify the shooting suspect who fled the scene right after the incident.
