Remains of man missing since July 2020 found in southern Ohio

Kobe Rush was last seen on July 5th.

GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio. A man who went missing almost three years ago has been found dead.

The Ohio Attorney General’s Office said on Monday that the remains of Kobe Rush were found earlier this month.

The Perry County Sheriff’s Office said it was investigating a missing man.

Kobe Rush, 24, has been missing since July 5, according to the Ohio Attorney General’s Missing Persons Database.

His car was later found abandoned in the Gaul region.

The Perry County Sheriff’s Office said it was investigating the case with the Gallia County Sheriff’s office and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Roush is 6’2″, weighs 205 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.
