Priority Life Care strengthens leadership team

Fort Wayne, Indiana-based Priority Life Care announced the promotion of Mark Starks to Senior Vice President of Operations, David Kloster to Vice President of Operations and Marisa Williams to Senior Director of Sales and Marketing.

Starks has over 15 years of experience as a nurse and clinical educator and has worked as an emergency nurse, pediatric tracheostomy and ventilation specialist, and home health care worker.

Kloster brings almost two decades of senior life experience to his new position, starting as a restaurant director and moving up to executive director, operations specialist and vice president of culinary.

In less than a year, Williams went from Marketing Assistant to Director of Sales in less than a year after joining in late 2021 as Regional Director of Sales Management.

Monarch Communities Appoints Director of Sales

Monarch Coopers Corner, a community operated by Monarch Communities in New Rochelle, NY, recently appointed Jackie Mazurovsky as a community sales director due to open in early 2023.

She previously served as Executive Director of Artis Senior Living in Yorktown Heights, NY and has over 22 years of executive sales experience.

Commonwealth Senior Living recruiting, HR teams

Commonwealth Senior Living of Charlottesville, Va., announced that Maribeth Showalter has returned to the company as vice president of training, development and employee retention, Amber Turner has returned to the team as vice president of human resources, and Amanda Green has joined the team at as Director of Candidate Relations.

This trio will help the company realize its employee value proposition and position itself for future growth in the Eastern US.

Showalter was previously a Regional Human Resources Specialist. Turner was most recently Vice President of Human Resources Optimization at Navion Senior Living. Previously, Turner also served as Regional Director of Human Resources and Training for Commonwealth Senior Living. Green will immediately add a team of talent scouts for the Commonwealth, the company said in a staffing announcement.

Willow Ridge Senior Living Adds Vice President of Operations

Willow Ridge Senior Living of Albany, New York, recently announced Brandi Kerber as its new vice president of operations. She will oversee day-to-day operations in each of Willow Ridge’s five communities.

Over the past two decades, she has held various leadership roles, with a particular focus on resident care and compliance.

IntegraCare Adds Senior Nurse as COO

The residence at Fitz Farm, a newly built IntegraCare community in York, Pennsylvania, recently welcomed Brandi Rendler as Executive Director of Operations.

The 130-unit community offers 130 IL apartments, personal care, and memory care on a 16.5-acre campus.

In her executive role, Rendler said she feels uniquely qualified to help residents given her past experience as a nurse. She has spent her entire adult life helping others in her role as an administrator and licensed practical nurse (LPN).
