Moderate but chance of rain

The new working week began warm weather, which on Tuesday will remain quite warm. There may be some fog on Tuesday morning, but this should give way to mostly overcast skies with daytime temperatures in the 70s to 80s.

The chance of rain will return on Wednesday as a slow moving front slides across the area. This front will close in North Texas, bringing rain and thunderstorms Wednesday and Thursday. While occasional heavy rains are possible, severe weather is unlikely.

Cool weather sets in at the end of the week when the rain subsides. Weekend highs should return to the 70s.
