Man arrested for allegedly threatening to kill cops in disturbing Twitter posts

A homeless man, who was released on bail in a past assault case, was arrested in Brooklyn on Tuesday for allegedly threatening to kill police in videos uploaded to Twitter.

Ricardo Waldron, 47, has been charged with terrorist threats and threats after investigators found his social media page was littered with a series of disturbing threats against NYPD officers, police and sources said.

Waldron posted 10 different threatening posts over the course of 12 hours starting early Tuesday morning.

“Every time I remember being hit by a cop, I try to kill the cops,” Waldron yelled in one video posted at 10:38 a.m. Tuesday.

The videos and photos uploaded by Waldron appear to have been taken on the subway.

Police said Waldron was arrested while riding the Coney Island subway.

Waldron’s arrest on Tuesday is not his first run-in with the law.

He stepped outside after posting a $10,000 bail last October in an assault and gun possession case, sources said.
