Hunter Biden filed a libel suit from a computer repair shop owner days before his lawyer called for a criminal investigation.

John Paul McIsaac filed a libel suit against Hunter Biden last week, five days before the disgraced first son sued the former computer repair shop owner for taking possession of the infamous “laptop from hell.”

Last Friday, a private investigator hired by Mac Isaac tracked Hunter to Culver City, California to serve him with a lawsuit seen by The Post seeking more than $75,000 in damages from the president’s 80-year-old son.

“It was very hard to find where he was,” Mack Isaac’s lawyer Brian Della Rocca told Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Thursday about the attempts to smoke out Hunter Biden.

“You know, he was in Washington for a couple of weeks and moved. Well, we finally tracked him down and were able to service him last week. And all of a sudden we see it,” Della Rocca added, referring to letters sent out by Hunter Biden’s lawyer on Wednesday asking for criminal charges against Mac Isaac and others who shared the contents of the infamous laptop.

Mac Isaac and his attorney allege that Hunter had his attorney, Abbot Lowell, conduct a criminal investigation as retribution.

“He’s trying to intimidate. And I wonder what happened when it happened,” Della Rocca told Carlson.

Mac Isaac, who owned a Mac Shop in Wilmington, Delaware, is accused in the letters of “illegally” accessing a 52-year-old man’s personal data after a water-damaged laptop was abandoned at his store in 2019.

Lowell’s targets for prosecution are Mac Isaac, former President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, and Giuliani’s personal attorney Robert Costello, all of whom Lowell accuses of trying to “arm” the dirty and incriminating contents of a “laptop from hell” against Joe Biden.

“This failed political dirty trick has led directly to the exposure, exploitation and manipulation of Mr. Biden’s private and personal information,” Lowell wrote. “Mr. Mac Isaac’s deliberate, reckless and illegal behavior has allowed hundreds of gigabytes of Mr. Biden’s personal data to circulate across the Internet without any discretion.”

Della Rocca insists Mac Isaac became the rightful owner of the laptop after Hunter Biden gave it in for repairs in April 2019 but was unable to return to return it despite Mac Isaac’s attempts to contact him.

Mac Isaac originally filed a lawsuit last May against Adam Schiff, CNN, the Daily Beast and Politico.

Hunter Biden was added to the lawsuit in October, and the Daily Beast was dropped from the case last year after a news outlet apologized for mistakenly calling the laptop “stolen.”
