Huber Heights emergency center to reopen on Monday after crash
WellNow Emergency Medical Service in Huber Heights will reopen on Monday after a car accident last September temporarily closed it.
According to Denise Steierwalt, strategic communications consultant for WellNow Urgent Care, the emergency room has been closed for renovations for the past few months.
A car accident in the emergency department last year injured two people, resulting in the temporary closure of the emergency department.
The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take place on Friday afternoon, during which guests can take a tour of the facility and speak with representatives from WellNow Urgent Care and WellNow Research.
The center will be open from 8 am to 8 pm seven days a week to treat non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, Steierwalt said.
WellNow Urgent Care is located at 6210 Brandt Pike in Huber Heights.
