“Do you like it?” – Dallas police officer accused of sexually assaulting daughter of family friend

Dallas, Texas – Dallas police officer is accused and arrested for allegedly assaulting the daughter of a family friend police say. According to Dallas Police Department, their colleague the 48-year-old Tyrone Williams Jr. was arrested and jailed into the Lew Sterrett Justice Center.

Following the argument with her father, the young girl went to Williams’s house and asked to stay there for a few days. He allowed her to stay as long as she wants.

That night, when the girl, whose age was not released, was sleeping in Williams’ daughter’s bedroom, he entered the room and was stroking her thighs when she woke up, according to the affidavit. Williams’ daughter was not home, the affidavit said.

When the girl asked him what he was doing, he told her, “Shh,” according to the affidavit. After she went to sleep again, she woke up again to find Williams on top of her.

According to the affidavit, she described him doing very painful “hard strokes” to her body. She also said Williams was clearly visible to her because of a bright nightlight in the room.

Then, after he asked her, “Do you like it?”, the girl pushed him off her, ran to the bathroom and locked the door, according to the affidavit. She waited in the locked bathroom until she heard him go into his room and close the door, the affidavit said.

The girl left Williams’ home the next day and went back to her mother’s home. But a few days later, her mother sent her back to Williams’ home after an argument despite the girl telling her she was scared to go back, according to the affidavit.

The girl stayed with Williams, who she referred to as “uncle” but shared no familial connection to, for a few more days, before he told her she couldn’t stay at his home because she had been reported as a runaway, according to the affidavit.

After leaving, the girl then stayed at her boyfriend’s apartment in Dallas for about two and a half weeks with him and his mother.

During those two and a half weeks, she told her boyfriend’s mother what happened, according to the affidavit, and an interview with her boyfriend’s mother is referenced as evidence in the warrant. It’s unclear whether her boyfriend’s mother contacted authorities.

On June 8, Williams called a Dallas police detective to tell them the girl, reported as a runaway, was at her boyfriend’s apartment, where she was detained by police officers, according to the affidavit. But on the way to the Dallas Police Department Youth Division, the girl told officers about what Williams had done to her, the affidavit said.

She was taken to the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, where she spoke to a forensic interviewer, according to the affidavit.

The warrant to arrest Williams was obtained last Friday, according to the affidavit, and Dallas police said he was booked into jail the following Monday.

Williams has been with the department since March 2009 and was most recently assigned to the South Central Patrol Division.

The department said Williams is on administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal affairs administrative investigation.

Jail records show Williams was released on Monday after being held on $25,000 bond.
