DeWine to testify at US Senate committee hearing to improve rail safety

Gov. Mike DeWine is set to testify before the US Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation about improving rail safety in response to the East Palestine train derailment, DeWine’s office said.

On Wednesday, he will testify from East Palestine. The hearing begins at 10:00 am and his testimony is scheduled to begin at 10:45 am.
