Deputies looking for Hancock County bank robbery suspect

ARLINGTON, Ohio (WTVG) — Authorities are looking for a man they say robbed a bank Saturday morning in Hancock County.

It happened just before 10 am on New Year’s Eve at Premier Bank on East Liberty Street in Arlington, Ohio, according to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office.

The deputies said that the suspect showed a note to one of the cashiers demanding money. According to deputies, it is not clear how much money they stole.

Detectives describe the suspect as a white male, 5 feet 8 to 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 225 to 250 pounds. Someone saw him leave the area in a silver four-door car, but investigators don’t know the make or model.
