A medical examiner identified a body recovered from Lake Erie as a missing person from Lakewood.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) — Cuyahoga County officials Friday released the identity of a deceased man recovered from Lake Erie the day before.

A medical examiner identified the victim as 33-year-old Adam Harry from Lakewood.

Cleveland Metro Parks says crews found Harry’s body around 1:30 p.m. Thursday on the 8700 block of Lakeshore Boulevard in the Cleveland Lakefront Nature Preserve.

According to the report, Harry was reported missing by Lakewood Police on November 17th.

The missing person’s report states that he was last seen on the afternoon of 14 November.

Crews recovered Harry’s body from the water around 4:00 pm, according to Cleveland Metroparks.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner did not give a cause of death.
